7 weeks pregnant smelly discharge?

This is my second baby and I just started having smelly discharge I would take my underwear off it'll be wet and it'll smell. This happened with my last pregnancy 4 years ago I had the doctors check me they did tests and they found everything normal. I take 2 showers a day as well. In my first pregnancy I was using scented soaps and was always getting infections but 2 years ago I switched to dove for sensitive skin and it started working but now that I'm pregnant again the smells come back I don't know what to do any advice????
