ADD moms out there?

I have ADD/ADHD and have taken medication for it since about 4th grade, I'm 28 now. I've gotten to a point in my life where I know what triggers it and what helps it, including medication. But with my new pregnancy (I'm 6 weeks along) I need to get off my medication as much as possible. I want to but I'm nervous. I take just 10 mg a day and I know it can possibly hurt my baby if I continue. I'm starting a new job teaching job soon which will require me to be focused and on task to help my students which can be hard without my medication and all these new hormones going through me. My brain just seems to have a hard time functioning the way I feel it should when under stress and pressure without the medicine. I feel like it just seems to stop functioning and freezes.

Any tips on what could help me stay focused and get off my medication to help my baby?

PS I'm already trying to not take it as much as possible. I take it about 5 days a week, but I want to go even less or totally off like my nurse suggested.
