2 months PP..pink discharge?

Title is self explanatory, but I'm needing some advice.

I had my daughter 2 months ago, and today I've noticed a dry pinkish discharge. I had the all clear from my doctor, so I've resumed intercourse, and used my vibrator a couple times yesterday for the first time since birth. I've recently had my first period after birth, which was odd as well. I bled brown blood for about 4 days, then a heavy clotty period for about 2, then it stopped 1 day, and came back, so on for about 1.5 weeks.

Could use of my vibrator have irritated my cervix causing light bleeding, or should I get check out?

Not sure if it's been relevant, but I've had extremely sharp pains in my perennial muscles for about 2 weeks, on and off, and when I strain to use the restroom, it feels like my vagina is going to seriously fall out! What's going on, guys? Help!!
