Birth control or None

I been on and off birth control still I was 15. After I had my first son(in '09) I decided to do Mirena but that was the most horrible thing I had ever done. I bleed for 3 months straight the Dr refused to take in out. On the fourth month they decided to take out the Ob discovered that my cervix was too short to have in.....😡😡well fast forward to now.. I'm now married with 2 step kids and recently had a new baby so that's total of 4. My husband doesn't want me get on anything bc my experience. I don't want to get on anything but I don't want to have any more kids right now.... I'm too scared.
