Nipple piercing?

I wanna get my nipples pierced but my mom won't let me she thinks they are not classy but she also thinks nose piercing are unclassy now I'm 18 years old I told her I would pay for it and I can drive there I only ask permission because i still live with her, but I don't see why they are bad. I love them i think they are beautiful. What do you guys think and what should I do?

P.S. she would check to see if I got it done

Also I won't ever show them out in public unless I'm wearing a big jacket i wanna get them for self confidence boost
