Okay so my son had his 4 month check up and the doc said that I can start solid foods 😊 but now it's like, how do I go about introducing solids to my son? So how often did y'alls baby had solid food when he/she first started? How long should I wait to give him something else? How will I know how much to give him? So many questions!
