Sun poisoning? Heat stroke?
I was in the sun all day yesterday swimming at a private lake for a retreat. I probably didn't drink enough water but I was definitely trying. Today, I feel awful. My head feels like it was split in two and I'm nauseous. My mom said sun poisoning is a thing. Anyone relate?
