Working while in college

I need advice. So I'm about to start college and I'm taking out about $12,000 in loans. Right now I have a really great job that gives me $200 a week for two days (I work under the table). I work from 7pm-7am every Friday and Saturday night. My job has stopped me from doing many things while in high school because I had to work. I want to get a job working at a grocery store or something right near the school, which is an hour from home. My dad wants me to keep my job and use half of my weekly pay to pay off my loans and half to keep for myself. I don't want it to take away from all of my social time. What should I do?
