Question....

About 2 to 3 weeks ago I had a boil in my left inner thigh that was deeply infected and I had to be hospitalised. During that time, I was also on my menstrual wearing pads. When I left the hospital I noticed that my right thigh area where it meets my labia is severely irritated. I'm thinking it's a diaper rash because I couldn't change my pad much during the pain of the boil and being in the hospital. I noticed it after my follow up and now I cannot afford to go to the doctor at the moment. Has this ever happened to anyone of you and if so, what did you do to treat it?
