How often to poop?

How often do you babies poop since you started solids? Mind didnt poop for three days now😭

Once every 5 - 7 days! Breast milk is still his primary source of nutrition, but we give 3 feedings of solids a day + water. Based on his rolls we think he's absorbing all of the nutrients 💜🌱

Are you giving water? Talk to your pediatrician first but mine recommended 2-4 ounces of water a day which is great for avoiding constipation. My daughter only eats solids once a day then we follow that up with 3 ounces of water. She still poops daily. 
You can also try the pureed prune baby food since your baby is already eating solids.
