Is this too much?

My baby always wakes up with cold arms and legs in just a sleeper. So do you think a long sleeve and sleep sack is okay? Or too warm? Baby does not sleep with a blanket. Baby is 6 months old.

I think it's probably ok but keep in mind that just because the baby's arms and legs are cold doesn't necessarily mean that they are cold it's more about their belly, back and head

Don't judge how comfortable a baby is by their limbs. It's about core temperature. It's ok for arms and legs to be colder.

I don't think that's too much - my daughter sleeps in a long sleeve footed pajamas with a swaddle sack over it and she's just fine.

I'm sure it'll be fine I know ur not supposed to but around that age I let mny baby start sleeping with a blanket. but that should keep him plenty warm!

The best place to check body temp on a sleeping baby is their neck, just a quick feel can give you a good idea if baby is too hot or too cold.

i'm a worrier so i wouldn't .. i always left her in one layer of clothes. i always just had her in a long sleeve and pants or if it was a sleeping sack or sleeper , just that

I was told to keep his sleeping area between 68° and 72 and to dress them in one layer more than what you're comfortable in. It's ok for baby to be a little cold rather than too warm. Being too warm raises the risk of SIDS.

My Pediatrician always says it's better to be on the cold side than too warm since too much heat is more of a danger to a baby than cold. Do what feels right to you but please make sure your LO won't ovsrheat... it's easier to happen than you think.
