Cows milk, almond milk, coconut milk

Hi! My little one is 10 months old & ive already got him off his bottle & he will drink his formula out of a sippy cup. How old were your little ones when you introduced MILK? & is almond milk or coconut milk really better than cows milk? Thanks y'all!

Also I know that formula/breastmilk they must have for a whole year. I was just wondering when you introduced milk to help wean them off formula/breastmilk
