Self esteem issues and how to overcome

I am 18 weeks pregnant with my first child. My bump showed up at 10 weeks and has only gotten bigger. I walked proudly woth my bump but Lately strangers have thought it is their business to tell me that I am too big for how far I am. Today after taking a shower I caught a glimpse in the mirror and started crying. Anyone else been through this and how can I handle it for the next 4 months? I'd love to see your bump pictures too if you're "showing big" .
