please help 😫😫😫

My daughter is 16 months. She has ALWAYS refused her crib or pack and play to sleep in. So she bed shares. She also nurses constantly throughout the night. Every hour to an hour and half she wakes to nurse. She the worst sleeper. She refuses naps until 5pm and then wakes at 7pm and wants to be up until 1-4 in the morning and wake at 11am. My boyfriend works nights so he isn't helpful for it. We also live in an apartment so I can't just let her cry and scream. What can I do?! I'm going insane with no sleep
