Is it normal to have low amount of amniotic fluid? 😱 if this IV fluid doesn't improve it they're talking about inducing me this week! I'm due in 5 days. Fluid was 7.7, normal is 12, and I think lower end is 7.2?

Getting nervous 😱 baby also estimated to weigh 8 lbs 8 oz at 39 weeks 2 days and at 37 weeks and 4 days he was 8 lbs 4 oz. so he hasn't gained much. Is this normal???? He said belly is the biggest part of the baby which he said was normal. I also lost 6 lbs in a week..
Anyone else experience this?

Normal is between 8-24
Mine have been high it was up to 37 at one point.
Having it lower is more concerning that's why they might want to induce you, your due date is close so don't worry you and your baby will be fine. 
I was induce with my last one at 38 weeks and my little one weight 9.5 lbs had it vaginal you can do it!!

No 7 is a low normal . 7.7 they just need to keep an eye if it gets lower like a 5 they have to induce u if fluids don't help

Mines was a 6 two weeks ago and they were keeping an eye on it. Last Friday it was backup. I remember feeling off that week that it was low. Come to find out I was just dehydrated. Keep up your fluid intake is my advice. Hopefully it's nothing more than that.

I went in for light bleeding at 39 wks and was found to have 3.6 level amniotic fluid.  I was induced bc it can cause the baby infection.
