SAHM or Career - HELP

HELP! So backstory: We're planning our 3rd baby and already pay $1400 a month in daycare and my oldest still has another 2 years in daycare. Add another to the mix and it will be close to $2000 if not more each month just for childcare. I just graduated from cosmetology school 6 or so months ago and I'm building so well at a local high end Salon. I'm on track to make 6 figures within 3 years if I keep building the way I am according to our business coach. This year 50k, next year 70k, year after 100k. Sounds fantastic. BUT, I can't have both lives. I also want to stay home and have all the babiesssss. 😩 if I continue to work I'll work SO many hours and even now at the end of every working day I come home short and burnt out and tired. We will make significantly less if I stay home, but we'll also save on daycare and gas and whatever else. And my family will be better taken care of by me. If I stay home for the next several years statistically speaking it will be SUPER hard for me to build and have the career I dreamed of. But if I work, my family won't get the best side of me. Any working moms that had the option to stay home, or stay at home moms - how did you decide to choose one way or another? I would be happy either way. I've written down pros and cons of both and it's pretty balanced. I'm trying not to be all about money but let's face it, we'll be on tight budget without me working. Advice, please!!
