Weight Problem
Ever since I started dating my boyfriend I’ve gained a ton of weight. I don’t know how accept that it might be the food I had been eating. I started out at 115 lbs when I met him & now I’m nearly 140 lbs. When I started to notice the weight gain it was too late, nothing in my closet fit me & the things that do fit, I do not feel comfortable in at all. I’ve been super hard on myself about it & I can’t seem to keep myself on a workout routine. I honestly don’t know what to do anymore with myself bc all I do is cry about how fat I feel all the time. So if any of you ladies have any tips on losing weight besides starving myself, it would be great to hear some ideas... thanks 👍🏽
