Starting to give up.. :(

I have PCOS, and only one tube left due,to a horrible ectopic that nearly took my life. I'm suppose to be on metformi, but can't can't afford it. We have been trying for a year and a half now. I have a gorgeous six year little girl from a previous marriage. Af is due on 8/12.. And I'm trying to think positive that she's not going to show her ugly head. it's so hard though. I feel like giving up. maybe I'm just meant to have one baby here on earth with me. I have 4 Angel babies. Baby dust to you all! And God bless.
