yes I had implantation bleeding with this pregnancy bit not with my first and my boobs are killing me with this one but my boobs felt great with my first it's different for everyone and every pregnancy

Implantation bleeding is not all that common. I think I've read it's like 30% of women that conceive experience implantation bleeding.
