Need Advice 😥

so me and my bf have been together for 2 years, i live with him at his parents and work at his parents place.

over the last year hes been very rude ,calls me names then he says "im just joking you take everything too seriously" Im always paying if we go out to eat/get groceries. i recently lost a little under 20lbs and have been seeing a dr to find out why and he thinks i'm fine and just overreacting?! He bashes me and calls me cake face if i put on any makeup... he just always seems to try bringing me down. i'm so tired of being treated like this but idk what to do since i live and work with him.... please please help..
