Help! First Month Charting
I'm so confused on how to read the chart. My temp goes up and down everyday. I am taking OPKs. Yesterday was my first peak day. My temp was high. But today is also a peak day and my temp is lower.
I take my temp each morning before getting out of bed. It's not always at the exact time but within the hour. When I wake up I really have to pee, so I can't always wait to take my temp.
Thoughts? Does this chart look normal?
