Virginity.

I'm currently 16, and my boyfriend is 18; and we are both virgins. I'm kinda ready to lose it, and we have been dating for almost a year, in a couple of weeks. Only thing, is that our families are always home, and he said that he would rather lose it at home in our space, than a hotel. How do I get my point across to losing it to him? He's very headstrong about moving in with me, yet my parents aren't, and he wants to wait til we have an apartment then, which will be like in 3-4 years. Regardless of where in each other's houses or not.
