Need Some Help.
So I need to lose weight. I am 5'6" and nearly 190 lbs. I have a gym membership but have a hard time staying motivated to go. What do you lovely ladies do to stay motivated? How do you make it fun to go? Also I am in a house where healthy food options are not readily available and I do not make a whole lot of money to just buy a lot of foods for myself. Are there some ways I can budget out some healthy foods or make them last longer? I have access to a Wal-Mart, Kroger, Sam's Club, and one small organic and while foods market.
