Is this a miscarriage?
I would be 4weeks and 2days, started bleeding early this morning after getting two faint positives. Having extreme cramping and back pain worse then any pms symptoms or period cramps I have ever encountered.. I usually get clots but they're usually super dark red almost black and small. Thanks in advance..
