I bought some of a different brand and tried them myself but I don't think they dissolve fast enough. Same with Cheerios. She does have these dairy free teething crackers that she really likes and they dissolve super fast though. I think they're Happy brand?

Yes, my daughter eats them. I started by breaking them apart. She likes Cheerios better though and they help her poop. Ive also been giving her the yogurt drops. Theyre freeze dried yogurt. She loves those!

I give my daughter baby nums, they are those long wager like "cookies" that melt in their mouths. Once she's mastered chewing (mashing with her gums) on those I will introduce more "solid" foods but I think the puffs are similar to the nums.
