Is is normal ?

On the outside of my vagaina I use to be really wet , now I'm very dry on the outside . I got lucky and scooped some discharge out ( first and second pic) and that's what it looks like . Before it was more clear I guess . And I scooped some from my panties and that what it looks like . And also it dries up weridly on my finger . Is this normal ?

The texture is very different now and also the amount . * I have no odor and it's not ichy or burning *
