I'm currently TTC. But I'm also contemplating going to the doctor to get put back on anti depressants/ anti anxiety mess. I use to be in Zoloft in college a few years ago and now I'm having the issues I did then. I have terrible mood swings, isolate myself for weeks, get really down and very impatient, and anxious. I have trouble sleeping at night because I'm always anxious about something (no idea what... I just can't relax).

So I'm considering going to the doc for meds but I want to know if there's even something I can take while ttc or pregnant. Anyone??
