Sleep Training
We plan to start sleep training tonight. Our super sweet LO has a hard time getting a restful night of sleep if she's not in our bed. This started around 5 months.
Any suggestions? Has anyone else sleep trained? Did you stop night feedings? My baby is formula fed. (breastfeeding didn't work out this time. 😕)
