Does anyone have any remedies for PCOS and getting pregnant??

I was diagnosed with PCOS last year and didn't realize how hard it would be to get pregnant and me and my fiancé have been wanting to try for a little one. Also I've been off my birth control for 3 months now and I'm not sure if that could still be affecting it.  Any at home remedies that anyone has tried? I read an article about taking evening primrose and prenatal vitamins to help.
