missed period due to exercise?
So I recently started strength training 3 days a week (every other day) and on the off days I do some kind of cardio or yoga, and I go hiking on the weekends. this month my period didn't come (already 4 days late, no signs that it's coming, def not pregnant). Is that a problem? I normally have a regular 26 day cycle. Btw I'm not underweight or anything, and I'm pretty sure my body fat is at least 20%.
