help!!!!!!!!! chafing from hell 😭

Ok so I can't get wet... me and my bf broke up about two months ago and me and a friend started to talk one thing led to another and welllll... but every time we try I can't get wet. He thinks I'm not really into him but god damn he is sexy as fuck! Like god damn. We use lube but have to re lube every 5 min and I'm buying some expensive shit. Me and my ex never had this problem so give me solutions please I need help cuz he is to the point where he just gives up.. and I don't want him to think I'm not into him cuz I am for sure about this guy.
