I need Help!

Hey Ladies, So my boyfriend and I have been together for 2 years and I've known him since 2013. We just recently moved to a new state together and have been living together for 6 months but I want to get married. We've talk about marriage and he says that "we will get married" but if I ask him if he has an idea as to when he says "no, I can't really see when it'll happen." I told him that I've been thinking about just moving to my own place at the end of our lease because I want kids and don't want to miss my childbearing years, but I want marriage first but I don't want to keep acting like a wife without the title of it. And he says that he understands but it just bothers me. I have also been thinking about not having sex with him for a while, but I just need advice as to what I should do. Should I keep living with him and wait it out until he's ready to get married or should I move out and just continue our relationship in separate homes until he's ready to get married?
