so concerned

i have really high hcg levels 83,495 they havent given me a specific date of how long i am. In my first ultrasound the lady was only able to see a yolk sac and that's it. some ladies here said it could be a molar pregnancy or a blinted ovum. I've had a miscarriage and thinking about losing another baby that we keep trying for months just breaks me. if any of you ladies have gone threw blinted ovum and molar pregnancy could give me advice and tell me their stories thank you
