Please pregnant people or anyone that can help!

Please read & give some comments cause I'm a little weirded out lol! So exactly a month ago about 3 days before my period I had sex with my bf, he came in me about 5 times. Now a month later & things are acting funky..my lower stomach is having pains, my back is aching so badly, certain foods make me sick & want to throw up ( trust me I eat everything), & my discharge is thick, creamy, & sometimes clumpy. Went & got tested & do not have anything. Took a test 2 days ago & was negative but this stuff is not my normal. Please if anyone could give some guidance!
