How much did you spend on your pram/car seat?

Did you buy a 3 in 1 pram system or a cheaper buggy and car seat? How much did you spend? I've noticed in some countries prams seem to be much cheaper here as in the UK the cheapest pram system is about £350 but not abnormal for people to spend £1000.

Mine was £729 but my nan was kind enough to buy it for me as a present for the baby.

With our first we got the britax travel system it cost around $399. It was awesome and we still use it because it is lighter than our double. Our double convertible stroller (baby jogger city select) cost $699. Then a little more to get the add ons like riding board and car seat adapter. I figure we use the stroller all the time so it is better to invest in a good solid one that has options for further down the road.

I'm from the US, but look for deals. We bought a pram for $199, originally priced at $750 as it is a European brand and wasn't that popular in the US since not many have heard of it, so amazon had an incredible deal to sell them off quickly as they will no longer be avavailable in the US soon. You could also try Stroller Queens on fb, many UK residents are on there and often post really good deals on lightly used prams.

We spent £100 on a buggy that lay flat. I bought a newborn head support & a buggy liner. That's all you need. That buggy folded flat one handed & was super easy to use getting on buses etc. There is no reason at all to spend tons of money on something they will outgrow so fast. We had to buy another one when I got pregnant with my daughter & it's a nightmare compared to the single one. I have to take off the seat to fold it, it's big & heavy etc x

Got a 3-1. Its a travel system by nuna and is called the nuna tavo travel system. Currently £299 at mothercare and we got it for £399 but should be £499. It comes with pram, car seat and an isofix base and rain cover. Something we struggled to find with any travel system without buying an ISO fix base separately so we was really pleased when we came across this☺️☺️

i'm from the UK and i got my pushchair through facebook (my son is going in the pushchair our daughter was in)- because there was no point getting a new one- she was only in till she was 5 months& she's now 20 months and walks everywhere so there was no point getting a double pushchair either- i know some mums do but my daughter has a full on meltdown at the sight of her stroller lol
it's a 3-in-1 travel system😊
