My boss is an unorganized mess and he always yells at us

I work for a real estate broker, for a year and a half already. I don't know how I lasted this long. He is disrespectful to me and also the other assistant who bends over backwards for him, working on his day off. I just input new listings etc. in the year and a half, I have personally been roasted by my boss like 3-4 times. He always threatens us that we have so long to get out crap together or he doesn't need us anymore, etc. Earlier today the other assistant was texting me that our boss had called him and bugging him, complaining. So I just got a text from my boss in a group chat to us 'I want to have a meeting with the both of you, tomorrow 9am at the office' first of all 1) i did not do anything wrong 2) we don't work until 10am. 3) I/wemight be getting fired.

The communication and organization in my office is so bad. I just came from vacation last week so have been working really hard with trying to catch up. I did nothing wrong!! He expects us to be mind readers with him expecting us to know things that we had no idea about (like appointment times that he sets up) he thinks we need to communicate better and he doesn't do anything wrong.

Honesty after this vacation I can't afford to get fired. Idk what this meeting is about but it's not going to be a good one. If I don't get fired I'm going to be looking for another job. I just can't take this anymore. But i can't get afford to get fired 😩 I don't even know what to say to him anymore when he is roasting us, but he is in the wrong. I'm just so frustrated.
