Plan b???

Hi ladies. Last Friday me and my so bad unprotected sex (I missed Thursday's birth control pill.) Friday night I took plan b not even 3 hours after the sex and resumed my pills correctly for a missed dosage.it has been over a week and a couple days ago my nipples have been extremely sore and pretty tender and they're never like this. I'm also not bleeding although my period isn't scheduled for another 2 weeks. Is the levonorgestrel still affecting my body a week later or should I go to the clinic for a pregnancy test??
