Excessive night sweating!!

My 10 month old sweats from her head during her sleep, like a lot. Im not sure if I should be concerned. Literally within a minute or two of falling asleep, her head starts sweating. During naps, or anytime she sleeps, her head sweats. She doesnt feel hot, sometimes her legs even feel cool so I leave her covered up. After a while, she will stop sweating but it happens every time as soon as she falls asleep. Should I be concerned?
