Confused and need help!!!

So two days ago using fmu I got a faint line yesterday using afternoon pee got a faint line on a first response then this morning on a first response digital got a yes+ but this afternoon on a first response digital and a clear blue digital booth got no- and not pregnant I'm also on the Nexplanon implant in my arm but have a lot of pregnancy symptoms missed period lower belly pain back pain nausea and nausea to smells any insight or advice am I pregnant or not?
