TERRIBLE Heartburn!!
I'm 21w 2d and I get the absolute worst heartburn. I literally had a few sips of water the other day and my chest was throat were burning all night. I'm having it really bad right now it hurts unless I'm laying on my back. I have some of those alka-seltzer heartburn chewables here and didn't know if they were safe to take? if not does anyone have any good home remedies for heartburn?
