Braxton hicks
I am 19.5 weeks pregnant with twins (baby #2&3). It's been 6 years since my last pregnancy so I don't remember certain things...but do BH contractions feel constant? I feel like I have contractions in my lower back and stomach but they do not come and go but are not excruciating more like strong period cramps that I need to somewhat breathe through. Can anyone give me some advice about BH? TIA!
