Cramping/pressure, worried
I'm 19w+3d, the past couple days I've been having a lot of pressure and some cramping in my lower abdominal area. It kind of feels like my bladder is really full, but when I go to the bathroom almost nothing comes out. Idk if its just normal changes in my body or if there's something wrong? First time mom, and worried. If someone could calm my nerves that'd be great
