Cold/Sinus Medicine?

I'm having some cold symptoms, I think my roommate got me sick. Or it could be allergies?? I get them bad in the fall, and I'm aware sinus problems always get worse when you're pregnant. So ladies, is there anything I can take? Or some more natural remedies?

I was talking to my cousin earlier and she said any allergy medicine that doesn't end in "D" is fine. (So like not Claritin D or whatever the other ones are.) And she did mention absolutely no Theraflu or Sudafed.
