Did the Keto diet work for you?
The Keto diet is where you eat around 20 carbs a day and your body after 4-7 days starts to burn the fat in your body for energy instead of carbs. Therefore slimming down. I did it for 3 weeks and so did my sister in law. She lost a ton of weight and I feel like I didn't lose much(I also weigh less than she does I'm more out of shape than anything (5'4 130lbs)). I'm interested to see how many people feel like it has worked.
