sore abs or stomach problem?
okay- so recently I started working out after having little workout experience before. I've been doing pilates, mostly focusing on my abs. I basically work my abs six days a week. Recently, I've developed this pain around my stomach. nothing can really make it go away, it's not hunger or constipation or anything. It's a mostly constant pain that hurts A LOT but goes away when I'm sitting down. Am I working my abs too much? Could I possibly have pulled a muscle? Or is there something wrong with my stomach? Does this warrant a doctor's visit?
