How do I motivate myself 🤔ðŸ˜
I am in a rut ! I want to lose weight so bad but I can't seem to get motivated to do so or change that much to get to me to that point . After having my son I started gaining weight , along with getting my depo shot which added 30 pounds on to me and not to mention I am a stay at home mom so I don't do to much . I am at the heaviest that I have ever been I am 210 and 5"3 . I hate the way I look now and I want to lose weight so bad for my health & for myself confidence but I can't seem to get off my lazy ass and do something about it . I keep picking up the ice cream & other things I shouldn't eat knowing I shouldn't eat it . I say to myself today I'm going to eat right and workout but I never do . How do I get motivated and stop creating the same bad habits that I been doing ? . I use the fact that I have pain in my csection scar as partial reason for not being able to work out but it's not a excuse for the food part . Please help me lady's I need some motivation , some ideas , input or something .
