Upset stomach

So I just found out my boyfriend cheated on me again for the second time with the same female and every since then I've had this Ill feeling in my stomach like to the point I feel nauseous and I haven't ate all day and I'm totally over it !! My mom asked me was I pregnant but I just got off AF so thatsout of the question correct ? Could it just be from me being upset last night
