Do you think he is playing games?

I've been with this guy for three months and I want to know what we are doing. I've tried talking to him twice and this is what I got from him.

At Logan's he said that I am his right arm but his left arm is free.

This happened to me!!! We had to break up because the boy's indecisive as to what we were was making me sad, and I hated feeling like I had to prove my worth to him... so I told him everything or nothing. And he chose nothing... which sucks but like he's definitely not the boy for me and that's obvious to me now. If you're unhappy with what he's doing then I would recommend you just break it off, because you deserve somebody who is DOWN for you and who is ready to commit (if that's what you want of course, if you're happy being basically fuck buddies who are emotionally invested then stay! All the power to you). Just try to figure out what it is that you want, and if he can't provide that, then no pressure but maybe you should not be with him. Hope this helps.

100% playing games. 3 months and he's still stringing you along without a label but knowing you like him??? 
I wouldn't give you this advice if I didn't know but this has happened to me multiple times and guess what?? It never ends up well. You KNOW if you like someone enough to make it official in 2-4 weeks of dating. Give or take a little of course cuz everyone's a bit different. But I promise you if he won't commit but won't let you leave he's keeping you on his hook.

I was in the same situation with someone months ago and he kept mind fucking me in every way, don't waste any more time if he wants to be with you he would be with you, otherwise this will keep going around in circles and only keep hurting you think of yourself

He also puts his friends first. He scheduled an outing with his friends on my birthday not even an hour after we talked about the next day being my birthday. But for his birthday I took the day off from work and took him out to eat and everything.
