Implant but could be pregnant?

So I have the nexplanon implant, have gotten spotting during it, and I have only let my boyfriend cum inside twice and we both agreed not any more until we wants kids.

Well, a few days ago he came inside for the 2nd time and i am worried abut being pregnant. I still have one more pregnancy test left over so in about a week or so i will take it just in case. Am i just freaking myself out or do you think ill be fine? I am one that stresses and overthinks these things waaayy too much.. ill take the test but from now until then i need some piece of mind
