Baby growing very fast?

So I am due October 4th and am 32 weeks 5 days pregnant. I am high risk so I go to 2 doctors every week..once which does an ultrasound every time I go. Today my baby weighed 5 pounds 3 oz! Last week at 31 weeks 5 days, she was 4 pounds 11 oz...according to online and this app she should be so much smaller. And if she's growing almost a pound a week, she will be huge by time I'm due. So my question is...because she's bigger will she just be a huge baby or will she come earlier than expected? I plan to talk to my doctor the next visit about it, but I haven't spoken to my high risk doctor (where I get the ultrasounds) in weeks. The nurses just come in and get measurements and pictures then leave and I don't get to ask any questions. Plus Im a first time mom so I'm not sure how this works. Thanks everyone !
